New Page Tools Widget Option

Most ClubExpress users and administrators are familiar with the floating page tools widget that gives you quick access to help and some other useful functions that are sensitive to the page being viewed and the user's rights. This widget normally floats on the screen and can be repositioned by the user.
We recently added an option that allows the widget to be configured as a slide out attached to the right side of the screen. This is handy as it remains out of the way until you want to see it, and it always stays available. The floating widget can sometimes be hidden when the user sets the window to a small size.
There is also an option to hide the widget entirely, and the site admins and coordinators can still edit items via links in the Control Panel.
