1 Create
With ClubExpress, there is no software to install--just log in and go. Our platform runs seamlessly on any computer. All your data is stored securely in the Amazon Cloud, accessible only to authorized users no matter where they are.

Getting started is simple. Use our Signup Wizard and we’ll create your account. Then, with our built-in tools, you can easily design your site, set up your membership database, organize non-member contacts, define member types, post events, share documents, manage committees, and track member interests – all from one place.

Once you go live, the website can be accessed in several ways:
  • If you already have an Internet domain name, we will help you transfer it.
  • If you don't want a domain name, you can always access your website sub-domain (for example, MyClub.clubexpress.com)
2 Customize
With ClubExpress, you’re in control. Choose your layout, colors, logo, and page headers – starting from our built-in templates. You can even match your current site’s look. Easily set up your membership database, member types, renewals, events, committees, and more. Everything updates instantly. We make it easy for everyone—no programming required—to personalize and manage your site.
3 Manage
Using ClubExpress, you can maintain, track and organize all the details of your club including new member signups, renewals, expirations, event registrations, donations, transactions, and payments.

As part of your setup, you can send us your membership database and non-member contact lists to load into your website for you. Once you have reviewed the data, ClubExpress sends every member a welcome email inviting them to check out the new website and to update their personal information in the database.

ClubExpress includes a merchant account for credit card processing. Funds collected through the website flow directly into your bank account. We can also disburse funds across multiple bank accounts!
